I have a '59' engine that was rebuilt by a Ford authorized rebuilder in '60. It is marked as .10 - .10 - .10. What the heck does the third .10 relate to?
Rods, mains, cylinders ???
Did you mean to say .010?
This was acheived by peeling out the steel sleeves and honing for .043 pistons. Very common."10 Mains--10 Rods-- I've never seen 10 pistons. Most pistons ar 20-30- 40- 60-80-100-125 ect. Walt"

My little flattie is the original 221 and the bore is: .045 over. And supposedly a Ford rebuilt size.
