or did it? a 1931 tudor sedan.1974 to 1978, At that age i only knew what a Model "A" pickup looked like. Made a friend thru A.A.C.A. with a body shop. Alot of weekend nites. I love sandblasting and chassis work.

thanks for posting that..you have a head start on me tho. ive got a newspaper article about me restoring a 31 dumptruck from about 1982 when i was in hs and another about my dad and the 28 huppmoblile he fixed up and drove to college in 58. i still drive daily my grandfathers coupe he bought in 72( still have the bill of sale!)

I think its fly crap. [tried to scrape it off photo...] I have hundreds of pictures over the 35 years in boxes.

In picture # 9 It seems the JUDGES are looking pretty close ??, Did you offer them a BEER & BRAT when done, or WHIP THEIR A$$ ??..

It looks like you had built a nice car back then. I did our Tudor in that time period & I sure miss those days. You could tackle a project without the worry of the EPA looking over your shoulder or people telling you what you can & can't do on your own property. I think I had more ambition then too.

Fred you hit the nail on the head. That day the 2 guy's were BEER salesman .I had a Deli . at the time and a gargage next door. Did not know what a BRATS was back then. Ted, wait untill the water base paints come out... then what? What will the finish look like on the "A"s.
