I got some clutch and brake pedal floor board seals from DC.They are a lot bigger than I expected. They are to big to fit in wooden board holes. How are they installed?Do they go on top or on the bottom of the board?

If you are talking about the (semi) round seals they go directly on the pedal arm. Near the crux of the arm there is a 'landing' the seal rests against. When the pedal is in the 'up' position' it creates a seal against the bottom of the floor board. When the pedal is down, the seal is momentarily lost. I can send you a photo of you desire.

When you put the floorboard seal on the brake pedal it closes the gap on the adjustable rod at the master cylinder. Open the gap up the proper distance with the adjustable rod or your brakes will lock up.

Thanks Roger,I was wondering about that and I wonder about the distance on the clutch pedal distance before engaging also?

Kube,I sent you my email address for a photo of how these seals are installed. Thanks,Russell
