There's no such thing as .010 over rings. Std. rings will take up for .010 cyl. wear. Walt

To answer your question.If your top ring is 3/32" Yes you can buy a .010" over as a separate ring. Hastings make it. You need a 3/32" type 032 compression ring bore 3.187" +010 .Can be purchased as open stock compression ring. Why do you request .010" oversize in top only.Walts answer is correct in regards to the limits of a standard ring.

There are some sets that are for various applications that are .010 over.
The complete set for 49 to 53 is avail in .010" over but not for 39 to 48 as the oil widths are different.

How much taper do you have in your std bore block? If you have a fair amount of taper and you get a .010 larger ring for the top groove what will happen when the piston gets to the bottom of the bore and it is smaller? This sounds like false economy to me that will come back to bite you.
