my oil return tubes are all bent up and loose -- i'll get some replacements --but what end of the rocker shaft are these suppose to be on -- the same end as the stand with oiling hole (right side when mouting rockers) and do these just drain back on top of head?? thanks for now Laroy

If you mean the curved tubes at the end of the rocker shaft in the stanchion, it goes in the rear on the drivers side, front at the passenger side.

thank you for quick replay and information appreciate it and i'v found good pair thank you Mike

Before you put them on, cut off the just up from the end far enough to make a square cut. Debur the hole, and tap to 12-24. The ID is correct for that tap. Find two 1/2 to 3/4 long screws, cheap soft ones are best. Drill a 1/16 hole all the way through. Debur. Put one drop of lock tight on the threads and screw them in. This will peasurize the rocker shafts so the rocker arm on the left gets as much oil as the ones on the right. There needs to be oil comming out that tube flowing to the pushrod hole. The left head oils the distributor gear, the right head oils the timing chain.

well thank you -- i'll do it -- when they arrive -- this cuts the oil bypass down to approx. 1/4 the amount then if i read this right leaving more in the rocker shaft to go out to the rockers.
