Here is a nice third member from a '51 Ford with manual trans...it is a 3.73 ratio...I need a third member for an automatic with the 3.31 gears... anyone want to trade?
 
Just installed a t-5 in my 51 ford. Stock v-8 flathead. The rear end gears are 4;10. The Ist gear is a dog. Seeing your ad for the 3;73 third member gave me the idea of replacing it with yours. Would this be an easy swap and would this make it perform better. I'am new to this, so any help would be great. I would prefer a phone call-Bill -701-255-1496.
 
Is your third member in good working order with no issues? I'm interested if so. Do you have any photos you could post or email to me?
