Hogs Head Help

Why do you need a Hogs Head, I made an adapter for Richard that used the stock 52 bell housing and the Ford T-5. Pretty simple all you need is a different clutch disk. I can see the hogs head for the pre 49 engines.

There's an Easier, Cheaper Way

Ol' Ron is absolutely right! In my '53 (not '52) all I had to get was that simple one-piece aluminum plate adapter Ol' Ron mentioned and a different clutch disk.

The clutch disk is for a Mustang II and was maybe $50.

As long as your T5 has a Ford input shaft and a Ford bolt pattern, you're in like Flynn!

Then I reused without any modification...

* The stock pilot bearing
* The stock flywheel
* The stock pressure plate
* The stock throwout bearing
* The stock clutch linkage
* The stock bellhousing (mine's cast iron, but that doesn't matter)
* The stock starter

There's even a $12 speedometer cable that hooks right up to both your stock speedometer and the T5! (Auto Zone)

It's been on the road for a couple of years now, and everything works perfectly.

I have lots of pictures if that would help.
