1929 model a coupe withrumble seat

my grandpa had one as his first car and I am looking for one to restore any pics of one and info will be appreciated
 
interior and rumble seat area well nice pics of the whole car I have never seen a good complete car in person to go by when I find one to restore
 
Have you joined a local Model A club? You'll get a lot of help there. Also try to attend a national meet. There you will find almost every body style made, both restored and in original condition.
 
There aren't any localy but Iam joining a club and I think that one of the members has one and what national show would be close to me

MARC and MAFCA are two national Model A clubs that hold annual meetings around the country. 2012 both clubs will hold meetings in the midwest, near lake Michigan. I'm not sure when either national club will be in your area, but if you get a chance, they are well worth attending. They last for about 5 or 6 days, so there is a lot to do and see.
 
Jason, is it a 29 standard or special coupe? The special coupe has a full leatherette top that goes back under the rear window and the standard is painted steel around the back window (like Franchise 24s avatar). I have a 29 special if I can be of help.

What I will try to do is take some pictures of my car from all angles and send them to you. Do you have a personal email address I can send them to? I'll do the inside and the rumble seat as well. It may not be until Wednesday evening though as I work late tonight, and I'd rather back my car out in the drive and take pictures during the day time.

I see your in w.v. Have you been to hershey pa to the fall meet? You will see more model a's and parts than you have seen all your life. all for sale !!!
 
Jason, I agree with Tuneman, go to Hershey. It is about 300 miles from your place. It is certainly a worthwhile experience and a very good place to find the "A" of your dreams.
 
I can't remember if he said the car was black or ble or maybe he meant it was blue with black stripe does anyone have a blue '29 that is blue if so will you post a pic of it
