Head Gasket Question

I'm installing the new engine in my avatar and I have a set of Best gaskets. Other than making sure I have clean surfaces, anything I need to do to these head gaskets before installation? Normally I install head gaskets dry (no gasket prep) but I have not used this particular brand before ....

I spoke with Best Gaskets - they said either way, dry or use copper spray. They are working fine on by 8BA.

I like the K&W coper cote as it makes it easy to clean if you have to tear it down in the future

I put a thin film of wheel bearing grease on them. Helps the heads torque down evenly and seems to help with later removal, if needed.

I use Permatex Hgh Tack 80065. The main thing is to seal the fasteners and re-torque until it stops moving. g
