I like "American Pickers". I'll continue to watch it, every Monday night. I'll, still, even look forward to it.
Recently, they had an episode, here in Daytona Beach, where they bought a "Pandora's Box" neon sign.
In a local newspaper, there was an article, about how the advance team was there, about two weeks earlier. The people didn't meet Frank and Mike, until the filming.
A lot of it is fake, but it's still entertaining. It sure is better than most of what's on TV.

I agree that the show is one that I like. The ebay listing, does not impress me. I don't really see what the ebay listing has to do with the show. The value of a "barn find" is high enough that lots of folks seem to be trying to create barn finds.... but American Pickers did not start that trend.

HA. I find it funny how he has a "buddy" for every type of collectible there is.
I actually visited that pawn shop when I was in Vegas for work last year. What they move around for the show is that every square inch of that place is jammed full with Pawn Stars shirts, mugs, keychains, bobbleheads etc.

You are right they did not start the trend however it is the very premise of the show to search out and find the MOST RAREST FINDS and then sell it to make a profit, This is what made me think of A.P. not to knock the guys on the show I'm sure there fine fellows would i let me on my place NO, why would you get beat down on your stuff then let them just put it on ebay. Hell skip the middle the man and do it yourself which is what this guy is doing however he missed the price and if you read the ad its worth the laugh. If you like the show great you can even come over here and I will pop the popcorn LOL. AL
