1932 3W Garnish Molding Bumper Pads

I will be installing my window garnish molding soon and I see the vendors sell a bumper pad of sorts.

CW Moss has the P/N B-45830, there are other examples, but none are consistently the same style or shape. I also do not see anything online or in my books concerning placement of these pads.

Does anyone have a recommendation of type, and even a diagram or picture of the correct type and installation.

Thanks

On an original steel garnish molding at the bottom of the window opening on the flange that faces the glass there are two or three slots about 3/16 high by 1" long. The bumpers go in the slots and are there to provide anti-rattle against the glass. Stock Ford did not have any fuzzy or wiper at the bottom of the window opening. There are two types of bumpers, one rounded, the other a bit more angled, one goes on the garnish the other on the door.

This is how the door & garnish bumpers are in my '35. If I remember right; my '33 Tudors were the same.

Likely the same for your '32.
