Already bid to $95,000. Those pipes are pretty low to the ground. Looks like they ran them under the engine.

Okay, you guys know I am not a hot rod guy. However, I can and do appreciate a well done car, regardless of the venue.

I really like this one. It sits "just right" in my opinion, good colors, etc.

What I don't like is the lack of finishing on the chassis. Whenever I see a car like this, I always wonder if there were such short cuts taken on the chassis, well then, where else?
Some parts of the chassis appear as if the rust was painted right over.

I’m not a fan of Roadsters…..I’m really not a fan of a $95,000 car…..but the rear tires just look to big. Could they be on narrow wheels?……Mark

Always dreamed of owning a '34 roadster, but not this one. It *****. Sand dune tires and painted over rust. This one missed the mark.

Edit: Wow, never thought this site would start censoring posts. A cup of disappointment with my morning coffee.

I wonder what the owner was asking re: selling price.

tubman is correct as the market is shrinking.

I really like the stance . . . looks awesome in my book. I don't think the chassis has rust that was painted over, more like rust pitting that was not finished out. They could have filled the pits and made the older parts look fresh and new. I read that they had about $225K in the car (somebody did), that would not surprise me . . . but, for that money they sure as Hell could have finished the chassis a bit better!

Note: They probably powder coated the frame and didn't want to use the special type of filler that is needed for the high-temp baking process. It is a pain int he *** to work with, but will do the job!

Still - who here wouldn't want to own it????
