Thought I would share my work helping a friend detail out his late 60's C10 Chevy Truck he's built a pretty stout big block for it so wanting to detail it out....he wasn't sure IF he wanted to use Stainless Socket Caps OR regular Stainless Hex Head Caps SO I did a set of both!!!! A little of what they started AS and how they finished!!

Really nice. That's going to be a beautiful vehicle. Be sure to use antiseize compound on the threads as stainless galls cast iron.

Nice work Robert, hope all is well
Thanks guy's.....and thank you very much Rick....funny I was looking through my email list yesterday and saw your address and thought"I haven't talked to Rick in quite awhile......I hope all is well with you and your wife/family??

That’s a great way to get “do it yourself” chrome! I did this on a Harley Davidson I built about 40 years ago. Saved a lot of $ on hardware.
