Rear door check straps

Newby here again, in need of some guidance. I'm trying to figure out how these new rear door check straps for my 1930 TS get assembled, but more importantly how do they get installed! I'm guessing that I need to remove the rear panel, but how do I do that? Unlike the front kick panels, which are only one piece tacked into place and easily removed, these rear ones are fitted pretty tight with staples and tacks. All advice is welcome!

Yes you need to remove the panels, which is a PITA. As you mentioned, they are tacked on. Be carful with the upholstery. When reinstalling I used double sided tape to forgo putting tacks through the material.

You may need this part also, I don't see it in your pictures. https://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/searchm.htm?type=merged&sterm=&searcht=A-702828-bu

Also do you have this part that screws to the door? https://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/searchm.htm?type=merged&sterm=ModelA&searcht=A-702829-4dr

Every time I have a panel off my Town Sedan, I install some DynaMat. Quiets things down. I plan to never pull my door panels off again!!

I don't have either of those items. Can you explain how all those parts go together as a complete strap, as well as the steps to remove the upholstery?
