Value of radiator cap

I have a friend that has an original, restored, renickeled '29 radiator cap that he would like to sell, but he doesn't know how much to ask. It looks perfect! Any suggestions as to value would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Are you sure its a 1928/29 & not an E28 ??.. It would make a difference..

It's definitely a '29. It was on the car when it was judged and got full points.

I paid $35 at Hershey a few years ago for a restored one as you described.
