1935 Ford Cabriolet front header hold down hardware

Hello all, I recently acquired a 1935 cabriolet, the front header is held in place to the windshield frame by 2 straight thumb screws, they look just like the roadster screws. Problem is they go straight through the front header, no hardware, no pockets, nothing. I'm sure this is wrong, the body appears to be early 35, chassis number is no use, it reads for April 36. Where can I get an idea whta missing? Thanks

This is what my 36 conv sedan has , I was making the tin covers.

Look above to the photos on the left and the center , the type and style header piece is shown to the left on the header wood. 35 uses nearly the same but they are chrome plated. Early 35 pins in the windshield header are straight, the later are bent slightly. The pockets for the pins changed when the pins changed. The thumb screws are unique. The chrome pins and their wood header receiver piece are reproduced and sold by Wescott's. If you need the headed pockets act quickly since Wescott may be closing tomorrow.

Thanks Terry, however I will be keeping the top header parts line with me and available when I move to Houston.

It looks like I'm missing the L-shaped bracket that is inset in header that the thumbscrew runs through. I'm sure those are fairly hard to find and unobtainable. Does the body parts manual for 1935 show the top parts breakdown?

Looks like I'll have to fabricate something out of angle stock with a welded in nut to run the thumbscrew through. The top actually fits well on the windshield top and seal. Amazing how something like this could get lost, my only guess is that someone used what was left of a roadster top or something

There was an early header dowel bracket thru approx Feb,1935 and a later header bracket from Feb 35 thru 1936. These corresponded to an early slanted header dowel and a later straight dowel. The enclosed images show the difference.
