Who Is The Artist?

Who is the artist that made this fantastic drawing of the Zenith's upper body assembly? I want to use this artwork in a PowerPoint presentation for my local Model "A" club, so I need to get permission from the artist.

Any of you legal beagles can correct me, but my understanding of copyright practice is that for non-commercial purposes (and I suspect you’re not making any money on presentations to your Model A Club), as long as the original drawing is not modified (especially by not removing the name at the bottom) you should be able to use it with no problem. Just don’t state or imply that you created the drawing. That’s been my practice over the years as I am happy to give credit to the many talented folks out there. Including you!

Our editor of our club's newsletter wanted to use the "Tiny Tips" from the Restorer Magazine in the technical section. MAFCA said "No Problem, as long as you give proper credit". So basically what JayJay said.

In addition, if it does not have a copyright bug, i.e., the c inside the circle and a date, it is probably in the public domain. In any case, the proper thing to do is to give credit to the artist. As mentioned by The Master Cylinder, it’s ok as long as you don’t sell your power point presentation for a profit.
