1940 Ford Sedan Delivery Headliner

I bought a project that was completely disassembled and got lots of parts but since I didn't disassemble the car, I didn't know it was supposed to have headliner bows. My upholsterer has been going crazy trying to figure out how to put a headliner in this car. Now, after doing some Google searches, I have determined that there were headliner bows used. (I think.)

Is anyone reproducing these? Anyone have an original set they would sell? Any advice on making new one? I know I've always numbered them from front to back when I've disassembled a car.

Thanks for any help you can give.

I am 99% certain there was a cardboard headliner in your '40 sedan delivery. If I am correct, there are no bows.
I am confident someone that knows with100% certainty will chime in.

My 1940 body parts book shows a "roof bow" but not a quantity used. Also shows a cardboard headliner in 3 sections.
