Try C.W. Moss , All Ford Parts in Campbell ,Ca. or Sacramento Vintage Ford. As an alternative take your old hose to a Napa Auto Parts store to see if they can match a hose with the same curves. You may have to cut it to fit but it will get the job done.
 
When eveyone does not have what you need Dayco has a website where you can enter the inlet and outlet diameters and see everything they make. You can narrow it down by length but I find that i can usually find something too long and cut out the section I need. They have 3d images of all the hoses so you can rotate them on your screen to see if it can work. I generally then order from Amazon so if its far off returns are easy.
