Does Fordor Rear Seat Lift for Storage?

Getting to know my new-to-me 1931 Slant Fordor. Question: Does the rear seat have storage space underneath?

A little, maybe a couple of inches deep. Keep things like fan belts, maybe rags, a tow strap or similar. Not horribly convenient to get the seat bottom in and out. But it beats nothing.

The main storage area is under the front seat. That is where the tool kit was located.

I found it is easy (easier) to put the bottom seat back by putting the front in position first and then pushing on the back to snap it into position.

1929 Town Sedan has only the platform for the seat cushion, no storage like a Tudor has.
