Two groups from our club in the south SF Bay Area are driving up (at least 20 As, a few moderns), one group going west along the coast and then cutting inland, another group going east across the Sierra Nevada range and then north.

They stepped up and offered to host. Ed Tolman said the hardest part of the job was getting people to volunteer to host national events. It's a multi year process and requires a lot of commitment.
Want one in your back yard? Get a group of 40-50 people together and host it.

OK, I have a room reserved for 1800 on June 1st at Big John's Pizza. It is close by to the convention center. I told her from 6-12 people. Obviously all Barners are welcome, Sound Good? Anyone from the convention is welcome really, FAST, Ford Barn etc.
