There are actually four slightly different versions of that US Ford Model A sales brochure. Here are the main differences (some inside details may be different as well):
1. Copyright date 1927 on bottom right of last printed page (this is the hard one to find)
2. Copyright date 1928; man and lady sitting in rumble seat and small white line around framing on front cover; lady looking out passenger side window; large more rounded Ford script and framed in back cover design; page four left hand early parking brake; Sport Coupe on page five.
3. Copyright date 1928; man and lady sitting in rumble seat and only a fine sepia line as framing on cover; lady looking out passenger side window; small Ford script with no framing design on back cover; page four left hand early parking brake; Sport Coupe on page five.
4. Copyright date 1928; lady standing outside of the passenger side of car and lady by front driver's side bumper; slightly flatter framed in Ford script on back cover; page four parking brake in center by gearshift; Tudor on page five.
So look at the location of the parking brake on the photos inside your brochure and you will see that the brochure with the lady standing outside of the passenger side of the car (the second one you show) is the later brochure with the parking brake handle next to the gear shift (on some inside photos).
Similar sepia brochure like that with the Sport Coupé on the front cover were printed for several foreign markets as well including for Belgium, Spain, Finland and Finland Export, etc....
