Our next National rally is later this year. I always drive to it where ever it is held. The different states host it on a roster basis. For those of us in the SE corner of the country, it will be about 8,000 km by the time we get back. Those in the NE corner will do more like a 10 - 11 thousand km endurance run.

I was talking about Australian rallies but I know there are a number held in the US too. I think both MAFCA and MARC hold a rally each year and that they move around the US

Search for the Northern California roadster/reliability run. I believe there’s an instagram just for it. It’s around 150 miles of great touring roads through wine country and along the sea coast every summer. Mostly early hotrods but many stockers participate. The pace is casual but it’s no parade as there are challenging hills and winding forest roads. Only traditional style cars with period running gear are allowed so the group is very like minded. The hosts are great people with intimate knowledge of the area and the route changes slightly each year to include food, gas and points of interest.
