1951 Ford Convertible front parking brake cable

I'm trying to source a front parking brake cable for a 1951 Ford Convertible. I see that many of the suppliers only list a front cable for non convertible cars. Does anybody know of a source for the correct cable for a convertible?

Even a lead to find a used one that I could use to copy, or if someone has the dimensions that might help too

I wonder how it differs from the regular cable. Does it have to be longer?

Here's a picture of what I believe to be the correct cable style, and it should measure 77 & 3/4" according to the chassis parts manual. The regular non-convertible cable measures 103" according to Dennis Carpenters catalogue.

Why not cut a regular cable down for the convertible?
