We will no longer be in our old location in the Orange Field! Our NEW LOCATION is in the NORTH CHOCOLATE FIELD, ROW C 4 I (this is the row between C 4 H & C 4 J) Spaces 4 – 7, Near Light Pole # 42. They are near the Main Bathrooms and all of the National AACA activity tents. We are directly in back of Sam’s tractor trailer with the tools. I know “Francis, in the red dress” always marked our location so we will try to bring her along! I hope to have my Brewster Convertible Sedan there FOR SALE! We had favorable comments on our “Bid in the Box” for the ’34 Ford 3 Window Coupe in 2019. We will most likely do that again on the Brewster. We look forward to visiting with our many friends again. Diane & Don Weir. Feel free to let us know your plans. <DEWX2Pa@comcast.net>

I’ll be in the former Dennis Carpenter spaces. Stop by and visit myself and the folks from the Early Ford V8 Club. I will continue to provide them with space for the advancement of the Club. I will have early Ford and Model A parts.

Thanks to v8fordman the Early Ford V8 Club has a place for it's booth. I will be there volunteering on Thursday afternoon. Maybe see you then?

Ditto on the THANKS.
This will be the 29th year..............seems just like yesterday, but without the chance of mud.
See you there -- we will be signing up new members, renewing current memberships and also have order forms for the Club's books.

I'll be there with a variety of restored ford generators - model T, model A and V8. South chocolate CJ 71 - 73.

Guys,

Charlie Schwendler (Charlie NY) asked me to let you know that he will be at Hershey opposite the side gate of the old stadium, same as 10 years ago.

This is interesting!. I was sure that the Early Ford V-8 Club was started well before 1963. I will have to dig out my old membership cards, maybe even my first copies of the V-8 Times. I bought my first cars in 1955, which included a 1933 Standard Tudor and a 1934 3 Window Coupe. As I remember things I joined soon after buying those cars. I lived in Hatboro, PA at that time. I moved to York, PA in 1962 and moved 17 cars from Hatboro to York in 1963. I then became a member of the Lebanon Valley Region which was Region #7. Checking the list of Regions in the 2022 Roster there is no #7. I guess that is because most of those members no longer exist.

I would be happy to visit with some of the Old Timers from "Back in the Day". If you want to waste some time at Hershey, look for the Brewster and stop and say "HELLO"!

I was a founding member of the Chesapeake Bay Region of MARC, which is now the Susquehanna Valley Region (just celebrated it's 70th Anniversary) and a past member of the Model T Club.

Don Weir, York, PA PAST MEMBER OF REGION # 7

Will you have the means to test generators with you?

I'm not bringing my test bench. But I'll bring a battery to polarize and do a basic motoring test. Usually a generator that motors will also charge. But it is not 100% foolproof.

T-minus 16 days and counting.
I wonder what this year will bring in terms of people, vendors and "goodies". The Hershey fall meet changes a little bit every year and it will never be like it was 25 years ago, but I'm going to go and enjoy whatever happens and hopefully catch up with some old friends and make new ones.

Hope the weather is fine and that many bargains and changing hands.
I'm told there are lots of toy trains this year.

Thanks to the Barner who redirected us to the Hershey info thread. Usually, we have lots of comments from those lucky enough to attend Hershey.
Play on!
Clem
