36 thermostats.. what are you all using??

Hi I have a 36 ford roadster , 21 stud flathead.. I want to put thermostats in but each time the NOS ones come up on eBay.. I get out bid. I tried to email and call Bob shewman and no response. So what are you guys who own 36s with 21stud engines using? Whats the alternative that works? Thanks for any help.
