Who Drove their Ford Today?

I did, picked up some friends at went to breakfast about 30 mile round trip, nice here in East Tennessee today

Just got back from lunch. Drove my deuce pickup which is my daily driver year around except salt season. Also went for my daily early morning cruise, temp was 20, got a little chilly in the cab, need a piece of cardboard in front of the radiator so the heater works better.

Mine was driven in the Netflix Movie. Filming in Momence Illinois for three months. Movie is a horror film called "Monster" about a serial Killer in Wisconsin. Guess where he gets his seat cover material!

Took my Mercury for a test drive after a rebuilt distributor install. Ran great. Weather in East TN looking up.

I live in San Diego (home of newscaster Ron Burgundy, look it up) so it doesn't count but I fixed a spark plug wire and made a Columbia rear end adjustment and took a test drive today. These cars are much better to drive than look around and stare at.

Drove my '37 today in California. Ran some errands. a girl with a nose ring and purple hair tailgated me for a mile or so before I switched lanes to get out of her way. I was easily driving with traffic, so I didn't understand the danger she was creating. When she passed me, I got the finger. I suppose she didn't like my rear license topper.

fourfords Your comment about getting the finger. I'm in Nebraska and like I said above drive my deuce pickup everywhere/everyday. Even though I roll at the posted speed limit or faster and mostly stay in the right lane it's not unusual to get the California Howdy as a car especially with a younger person passes me. I chalk it up to jealousy that we're enjoying life.

here in iowa i've had my '37 a few times this last week. usually don't get started untill middle of march whether old fords or motorcycles. those look like '40 ford head lights.aftermarket? and what does your rear license topper refer to ;) do you have led third brake? sure glad i put one in my '37 rear window. Tom.

Had my '40 out today at the monthly Coffee and Cars at a local shopping center. Weather was great and there were lots of roadsters.

Yeah, the headlights are a 1940 accessory, -The first year of sealed beam headlights. Kinda ugly if you asked me. Tried to soften the look with some visors. But they work great!

By the way, I won't say what the subject matter is on my rear license plate, respecting the Fordbarn's position on Political content.

It was in the low 70's here today so I drove my '32 to the weekly meeting of our local ROMEO Club - not what you're thinking - Retired Old Men Eating Out!
A number of us retired car-types get together for supper every Tuesday. It's a good way to keep up with how our friends are doing with their old cars and physically, too!

petehoovie--- nice cars you have good taste brudder:)

You guys in So.Illinois got hammered all winter we missed all of it. Had two one inch snows and one 3 inch snow that was it. But the Illinois DOT wasted no time spreading an entire season's worth of salt, they had to meet the 'quotas'.

We haven't had a hard enough rain yet to clean the roads so the old cars are still sitting.

Sounds like that will change this Friday, we are all under severe storm watches. Most of Illinois, Wind hard rain possible hail and tornadoes.

I like your front license plate topper.

I've been driving my '37 Tudor everyday this week. My speedometer quit working on Saturday. I'm looking for a nice working unit.

My father and I haven't taken the '32 or the '66 Mustang out yet this year. Still waiting for some of the salt to get rinsed off the road.
