Charlie N.Y. ,AKA Charlie Schwendler will be at the Clayton New York V-8 meet, just as a visitor, along with his daughter Betsy. Look for him.

Charlie did e-mail me that he and his daughter will be there. Looking forward in seeing Charlie. Good Friend.

Yes he is amazing. Sent him my crab distributor which had mysteriously seized, he received it today and fixed it today!

Charlie is the absolute BEST hands down no question.

He saved my keisters a number of times!

He is a great all-around guy. It is just a dirty shame he was banned here. Many hobbyists will suffer not having access to him and his knowledge base.

I know some of the details, and it was an outburst in frustration over something that had happened to a friend of his; it was not representative of Charlie at all. He is one of the finest people anyone would want to meet. In my opinion, he did not deserve a permanent ban. Hell, the rest of us do not deserve his permanent ban.

Actually, his name is Charlie Schwendler. (I am kind of sensitive, having the most often misspelled 5 letter last name in existence.)

You know we are all visiting this site which belongs to someone else and we need to follow their rules. That said. We all sometimes say or do things, for whatever reason that we would like to erase.
"To err is human, to forgive is divine"... Just ask Pete Rose as you are watching the betting commercials shown during your favorite sports game on TV... We are ALL messed up... Chap

I seen Charlie at the meet. We hug each other and are the best of friends. I have the most respect for Charlie. There no one better out there. I am sure glad I got to see him.
