Looks a lot like a mid-1920's-ish Morris Oxford Bullnose.

Brad is correct, IMO. It is a 1925 or 6 Morris Cowley Bullnose. They were quite a good touring car for the time. We have a couple in our club and they are good for 50 mph all day. (about the same as a Model A in good trim)
