Humid Weather Effect ?

But.......My question is : Can the same smooth engine performance with very humid weather be achieved with engine work ?

I.E. better piston balance, cam work, etc.

I don't think so; you can't fine tune the combustion reaction kinetics from the outside. Even the perfectly constructed car will purr a bit better when running on humid air.

I don't know. Fuel injected modern cars run pretty consistent with weather changes.
Though I have heard many many people say the best day to go to the drag strip is on damp cool days.

Group,

Let me try another angle then.....If my car runs smooth on a humid day, and not as smooth on a dry day, then does that mean that the vibration comes ONLY from the motor ?
