Transmission mount to transmission

What torque value for the 6 bolts that attach the trans mount to the trans, 1939 Ford. Or just tighten them real good. I looked up torque values for 3/8" bolts. It varies from 20 to 30 ft lbs depending on grade. No idea of grade of these bolts. I'm usually guilty of overthinking and that is probably the case here. I just don't want to break a bolt.

Drilled for safety wire also ??? Always installed in a tightening direction. Newc
 
Just firmly tight, not overdone; they did not use torque wrenches on the pre-WWII assembly lines.
