49 clutch release HUB ASSEMBLY part #7561 Help needed

[Ford Runner]

Original Hub Assembly has come apart. Anyone experience this? If so have you been able to repair? Does anyone have a Hub Assembly they would sell? I believe the part number maybe 8A-7561.
Is there some where I might find a schematic drawing for this part?
Appreciate any information you may have to help out to get the problem solved. Thank You.

I followed your information found Van Pelts Sales and ordered the part as you listed.
Thank you very much for your fast reply to my request for help. I have owned the 49 Ford convertible for many years and have done all the work on maintaining it in pretty much orinial condition. Only item not working is the original radio. It's a fun car to drive.

The question is why, or how would the Hub come apart?
Anyone else experience this issue?
