Lucas & Good Year

[SANTA Ray]

I recently installed 6 new w/w Good Years 19" on my 31 getting ready for the AK trip. I found some cosmetic issues that disturbed me. Long story short Lucas Tire & Good Year made everything good and Im on the road a happy driver.
Just wanted to pass along that they are good business men and handled everything professionally. Too many times I see a post blasting a suplier just thought I would put out a Good Word!!

My Father always told me that; "A mark of a good business is not what they do when things go right, but rather what they do when things go wrong."

That's true but don't ya think it still stings when ppl here blast before that business has a chance to do something to make the 'wrong' a right!! Thanks Ray.
