Supply problems

Hey Everyone,
In this day of supply chain and supplier problems I had a unbelievable thing happen . I bought a Bob Drake rear sway bar kit back in September . I opened the box made sure it was all there and sat it on the self until a few weeks ago. When I went to install it I found I had two left hand backing plate mounts. SNAP! So on Monday I make the call to see what can be done. The guy was totally polite and asked for a photo of the two mounts I had so I texted one to them and the very next morning a new pair were on my door step. Now I know Hillsborough OR, is not so far from Olympia WA. but still , that's service! And the they were so polite and easy to deal with, Bob Drake gets a big thumbs up from me. I wish more companies were like them. Tim

On a regular, EVERYDAY, ongoing basis, you just ain't gonna find any mo-better, mo-friendly or mo-knowledgeable service than with 3rd Gen Automotive!
