Removing dash switches, choke, etc

Going to replace cab on my 52 F1. New cab is bare inside and I want to use as much of original parts from dash as I can. Could someone tell me how to remove knobs, bezels, light switch and ignition? Are knobs just pressed on or do they screw on? Trying not to break them. Also struggling to remove rusty door hinges but that’s another story!
Thanks for the help and happy holidays to everyone!

The choke and throttle cables come through the dash. There is hardware on the back to remove so they come through. The light switch shaft comes out also. There are directions in the manual on how to remove them.

3twinridges thank you. Finally found info under electrical systems after your message. I had looked earlier and couldn’t find it. Have a Merry Christmas and thanks for help.
