Does anyone here have a parts diagram (hopefully with part numbers) of the front suspension and brakes for a 1971 LTD? I Googled but didn’t find.

Listen, my computer is acting up again and I cannot post ILL's.
If you trust me with your address, I can mail you the ILL's.
PM or E-MAIL me.
The 1971 models with the 400 were the first of the 335 series 400s and they were the best of the batch. When Ford changed the deck height, it really changed all of the 335 series but the largest change was the heads in the later engines. The 1971s are not boat anchors and I speak from experience. My Mom had a 1971 Galaxie 500 with the 400 and it worked very well. The EPA changes that were reflecting from California statutes were already affecting the the smog control direction that things were going to and the fuel crunch in 1973 just made things worse.
Try looking for Galaxie 500 info since they and the LTDs all have the same basic parts. The LTD models just had a more upscale interior and some different exterior trim.
these cars were more or less the same from 65 to 72.rust was a problem both body and frame.anyone remember the rusty ford owners ***,i remember the bumper stickers.they took ford to court in a class action law suit.i think they got a few hundred each in the end.it was a good thing because ford cleaned up its act in 77 and had the best bodies going.ford ran a lot of ads telling what they were doing to stop rust.
anyone remember who they had doing the ads.they figured he would be trusted the most.
PM sent - Thank you
