Too many times I see posts on forums bashing vendors. I wanted to share a very positive experience I had with one of our Model A venders. Like many others, I had a huge amount of play in my 7 tooth steering box. Rather then spending lots of money fixing a box which wasn't that great to begin with I opted to try the F100 steering box that Randy Gross makes for the A. It was an easy install and I can't wait to get the car on the road to feel the difference the newer style box makes. When I started going over the front brakes I again turned to Randy because of the great customer service he gave me with the steering box. After I contacted him he called me and walked me through what was needed (and not needed) and I received my rebuilt parts back this weekend. Wow, everything looks great and all for a price that was very affordable. I will definitely be going back to Randy when I start working on the rear brakes. I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel for driving my car. Thanks again to Randy Gross, you have gained a very loyal customer on the east side of the country.
