16 inch Ford Crestliner wheel

Something new!! 1949-50 Ford Crestliner wheel for customs. These wheels are 16 inch and are a direct fit to all G.M. columns. This is the first (prototype) and I will have it in Charlotte in two weeks so you can get a closer look at it. They will be the same high quality as our 40 wheels and by ready in early may.

All our wheels will be 16 inch and we will not make any original size wheels. We will make our 16 in wheel to fit 49-50 Ford columns. The reproduction horn rings we have with button are real nice and only cost $300.00. We will have them on display in Charlotte with our wheel.

We are still in development stage of the wheel. The cost is still up in the air. These wheels are hand made in our shop and because they are machined out of billet the cost will be up there. The great thing is you don't have to worry about it cracking after you spend all that time a money painting it. We have sold hundreds of our 40 wheels to discriminating buyers that are very happy with our product. Our 40 wheel cost $700.00 and this 49-50 wheel will be a bit higher.

Not to be picky, but there is no such thing as a '49 Crestliner steering wheel. The '50 Crestliner steering wheel is black or brown, depending on the car's color combination. The wheel you are showing is the "accessory" steering wheel which was ivory.

Bob, It would be great if you could also make them out of " cast plastic" like the originals. This would expand your market to include folks who don't desire billet.
