3rd Gen Hot Rodder
Junior Member
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bill Bronson from Tipton, IN and as my name implies, I am the third generation in the old car hobby. My late Grandfather, also named Bill Bronson, purchased a 32 Roadster in October of 1953. He taught my now late father, Larry, the beauty of this 'hobby' and as a result, my father continued and passed it on to me.
I have three 32 Fords, one original 5 window, the aforementioned Roadster and a 5 window chopped coupe done in a late 60's - mid 70's style. I also have a 1935 Ford 4 door as well as a 48 Mercury convertable which is all original except it has a Ardun conversion. Finally, I restored my Grandfathers dragster that he raced from around 1954 to 1965. I am a regular participant in NHRA National Hot Rod Reunion cacklefest each year.
I hope to use this board to both learn from those with more knowledge than I as well as teach when I can what I have learned. I look forward to 'chatting' with you.
