1937 Grille bolt size??

Hey slant - mine has 1/4 20 bolts . I don't know if they are correct , as the holes are bigger , but this leaves a little wiggle room for easy install & adjustment . You can't see them anyways . Hope this helps & good luck ! - F F

I have two 37 grilles. Both have 1/4"-20 caged nuts. The corresponding bolt lengths are different amongst the 8 positions, but not sure if that is correct. I would use whatever length is long enough to protrude thru the nut but not so much to make it look gawdy long.

I guess I meant that the holes in the fenders were oversize , from the factory for adjustment . Some of my cage nuts are long gone , but I still made it work w/reg. nuts . - F F
