Is this a FOMOCO battery tray? help ID?

[roysboystoys]

I got this tray / bracket with other 60's parts , but I can't match it with Ford.
Any one recognize it.
Thanks
Roy

I don't remember seeing anything like that although it may well be FOMOCO.

Any I.D. or stamping nos. anywhere?

Nothing , the other parts I got with it all have stamped numbers.
Probably got mixed in , small battery , maybe 55 series. Might be import?
Thanks

It's nothing from a 50-59 Ford. Maybe Chevy?

Width and length measurements would be helpful to match it to a battery group size.

Looks more like a center grille/hood brace

I think you are on to something. I got stuck on battery tray and didn't go further. If it is a battery tray support , the plate bolts to this.
Might be pick up hood latch support.?

Thanks for the input guys. It went down the road in the trash truck today.
Tough to ID with no marks at all.

It appeared to be a hood latch support for a 61 or 62 FORD.
