I used my old and very worn interior as a base but pretty much had to make my own patterns on the fly. I had two careers. One as licensed Funeral Director and also journeyman Upholsterer. I discarded the front seat cushion springs and designed my own spring bases and then custom engineered the foam rubber. Tudors are known to be uncomfortable and I did not really care for going with late model Bucket seats. Glad you like my work.Beautiful job. What or where did you get patterns for the cut and sew?
Love it ! Nice job.Great job looks great, i see you did some woodgraining, here is a model A rail that my dad did in butt walnut

Thank You everyone for your kind comments. I have not done any upholstery in 18 years. As far as shop space I'm like many of you just a two car attached garage that I share with the Wife. It was difficult too with physical issues but I was bound and determined to get this project done . it has taken 5 months. Not J/S correct but pretty damn close. Thanks again!Just finished a cut and sew interior on my 1930 Tudor.
