1925 Model T water pump

Yes. Of course how easy or hard depends on what tools and type you have. Some have brass bushings that can be pressed out and replaced. The ones without would need to be line reamed/bored to open the hole to accept a bushing. The shafts would need to be made up, I have used stainless steel which is what most kits for Model A etc come with. Any thrust washers would need to be replaced, those might be as close as your ACE hard wear department. The impellers are ether pressed on, pinned or use a set screw. Don't over tighten the fan belt, it only need to grip enough to turn the shaft and fan. Over tightening the belt will cause premature were in both the fan bushing and the bushing in the water pump housing.
Hope that helps.
Many people add a water pump when it's really not needed. If you have the parts you might try running the car without one and see how it does. Often times learning how to use the spray needle and setting the spark might be all that is need to run cool.
If you have a marginal radiator, by all means go ahead and use the pump, if you like it on the car leave it, I run one on mine.
I have a friend that has a 26 coupe with a new radiator and pump. I have been trying to get him to remove the pump, but he bought the car with it on so it stays. That is ok by me. :) There are some that insist that pump HAS to come off, if YOU want it on the car tell them it stays, I like it that way.
