Can't respond to posts ??

Get the following msg when trying to respond to someone else's posts. Started a few weeks ago, but not that important then. I logged out, then back in; no change.

you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:
  1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
  2. If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.
 
Any chance you are trying to respond to a post in "The Swap Meet"? No one is permitted to respond to someone else post in "The Swap Meet" (see sticky at top of page).

I log into the "New Posts" forum. I rarely try to respond, but it seems lately I'm not able to due to the reason quoted above. I've logged out completely and back in, but still couldn't. Thought maybe I needed to do something else. Thanks!!
