A Two Barrel Per Each Port Intake Manifold

In the real world.

A 3 deuces is damn near this set up.

One two barrel feeding A PAIR of ports.

Then middle carb kicks in for acceleration.

You are not going to feel the difference in the seat of your pants

building a 2 x 4 manifold.

3 deuces is a good choice.

Wow! What a nightmare! Looks like a surefire way to kill horsepower. This contraption goes against every known, proven principle of air flow there is! Was probably a good way to liberate an ignorant teenager from his money, though!

That ain't gonna happen.

$1000 ? That's a lot of steel and parts for the slingshot dragster.

Right now working on engine. Also a small race car frame and couple small engines.

Y'all stay away from those sets of 292 pistons on Ebay for $100

Until I get my set.
 
If the price on EBAY was $8.99 instead of $899.00, I might take a chance in buying them, only to get maybe $10 in scarp metal value. No way it will work well with no balance between the cylinders in the manifold. You would spend all day, everyday trying to tune it with no luck. Definitely home made and not an engineering prototype.

The Indy manifolds I have seen that are just sheetmetal boxes DO

have balance.
