OCMAFC - Pancake Breakfast

Sunday, April 2nd, is fast approaching. That is the date of the Orange County Model A Pancake Breakfast. It will again be held at Hart Park in the city of Orange, CA. The breakfast hours are 8am to 11am +/-. This year, in addition to the awesome breakfast and raffle, we will be auctioning a 1930 Model A Chassis. The Chassis is complete with a good running engine, 4 white wall tires and wheels, 4 Houdialle Shocks, steering wheel, column and 2-tooth box, transmission, drive line and rear end, new radiator and water pump, etc. note: engine compression measured at 65+/-2psi for all cylinders. See the attached photos. You must be present for bidding.

We will be there too. For the pancake Breakfast and claim my chassis. Always great fun and good to see and meet people. Usually ~3-400 Model A's I think.

I wonder if they deliver, don't think I could haul it home with the sedan.

Can you be a little more specific? Are you just interested in pink Model A's with green wheels or something like that? Enough with the joking, are you interested in something like Thomas heads or '31 deluxe pickups (I think there was one there last year)?

I sorta had the feeling that I was watching bees, bees, bees were coming to the hive!!!! Lot's of fine As. Didn't see too many at all with any accoutrements though. I saw a couple of Roadsters I'd like to have....not the green one though, green, IMO, looks best for a Coupe. I still say...lot's of pancakes to cook up!!!

The Orange County Model A Ford Club really has it together for this event. On the menu is Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage, Juice and Coffee.

They have a great Raffle drawing also. One year Randy Gross gave away a set of 4 brake drums.

I think 31 Model A just wants pancakes :p you live in the land of pancake festivals 31! Or come up by me and attend a pumpkin pancake festival. All you can eat pumpkin pancakes and sausage both processing plants less than 20 min away so fresh as can be! Also home of libbys pumpkin pie filling. Sure the whole town stinks like fermented pumpkins for a few months...but its all delicious!
