I understand it is proper etiquette to introduce yourself prior to posting, so I'll say that I am a lifelong early ford enthusiast having owned a number of these wonderful automobiles in my 70 years on earth.
My first car was a 1940 Ford convertible that I bought and sold in Tennessee and for the last few years I've been interested in trying to locate that same car. I finally retired last year and I have the time to work on my cars!
If someone here owns or knows the whereabouts of this 40 convertible with the frame number of 18-5671729, I would very much like to talk to you. I know it's a shot in the dark. The last contact I had with the car was it was in the Knoxville Tn area. I welcome any help or suggestions. Thanks!
