water pump & fan belt question

I have a 35 Coupe with what I believe is an engine from a 46 pickup. It has the number 59AB cast on the head.
Will these water pumps be the set I need for my car.

As far as a fan belt goes I suppose it would be best just to take my old belt to an auto parts store rather than gamble on getting the right one online. Unless it is possible to tell from the photo which belt I would need.
Also what hose set is correct for this engine/car combination.
Thanks,
Daryl

drakes link shows the pumps out of stock, send yours to skip hainey in florida, better pumps. drake is supposed to have the special upper hose to fit your 59 block to 35 radiator outlets, lower hose i believe is a standard thing. fan belt may not be normal ford size as there are some different hights in the mount pad for the gen. take your old belt to the store and let them fix you up. hope this helps, skip

I'd be careful getting that hose kit from Drakes. I bought a set and neither the top or the bottom hoses fit for my 59AB into 35 Cab. I reused the "crinkle" hoses I had on the bottom and had to modify the top hoses to fit. $60 is a lot for parts that don't fit.

Thanks for all the great replies.

I will send my pumps to Skip Haney.

My radiator must be from a different car or else the top outlets are modified. My outlets come straight out of the tanks.

new radiators are about a thousand bucks, yeah i know, it makes you cringe, but its money well spent

I was going to have mine re-cored for about $500. I guess I'll just have to buy another set of those crinkle hoses for it. If there isn't a factory style hose that fits my radiators horizontal upper hose connection.

That radiator looks like my '47, which has a 59AB.

Yes it does resemble a 47 radiator except I think the 47's had the radiator cap in the center. Mine is on the driver side of the car.

I am beginning to think someone has cut the top outlets off where they angled down.

These pictures were taken of a later version '35 B4 small top tank radiator, which I believe you have, but with top hose inlets modified as you suspect.

I also suggest to you and anyone else who wants to run nice original style water pumps, send your original cores for rebuild to Skip Haney in Punta Gorda, FL.

I sent my pumps to Skip yesterday. I also took my radiator to a local shop yesterday but the owner is getting ready for knee replacement surgery so it may be a bit before he can work on it.

This forum is great. A wealth of knowledge!!

I appreciate all the replies!
