Model A Town Car. Is it real?

I was perusing the internet and came across a few cars for sale. One of them is a supposedly authentic town car. From these two photos, does anyone think it is authentic? What would something like this be worth?

Thank you all for your help!

In many cases the value will depend on how much of the town car specific parts are there. It's virtually impossible to find the specific parts, so without them you really can't put it together in a manner that does it justice. I have enough trouble finding 68C parts.

The owner of the car was asking $1000,000. He might be willing to lower the price since the last time it was advertised.

First thing to do with this car, after forking over a tenth of a million dollars, is to finish what the previous owner started.

Making a 'Dune Buggy'.

My question is what is the car worth to real people with real money restored my guess is 100 k plus or minus 10 k. The cost to restore the car by a qualified company is in the range of between 80 and 110k.. my best guess that the offer of 25k made in 2014 is really fair price for the car and he should have taken it.

I`m not that up on town cars, and the pictures are not that clear but the upper front door hinge look like a regular four door hinge. has anyone that knows town cars took a good look at this.
