Model A Ford cutout question

I have these 3 cutouts, as you can see all have the Ford script, but 2 of them have other markings. In an old (1981) version of the judging standards it says that no Model A cutouts ever had the Batt or the number 1 or 2. I have a later issue of the standards (1989) that does not say that. I would be happy to know if someone could help straighten out if these would be correct, and for what years. Thank you

First picture, top one is early Model A and the bottom two are post Model A production. All the Model A cutouts used open mounting feet.

Thanks Tom,
I have been told that the one with the letter B would have went with a 1936 -38 Ford. Now just have to figure out where the one marked Batt and Arm.
